Vanguard Network – the first and only platform for conducting online creative competitions. By hosting your event on Vanguard Network, the organizer relieves themselves of the burden of technical and organizational problems and saves a lot of time.
By hosting an event with us, you get access to:
- Website for your event with the ability to customize unique design without the help of a programmer.
- Submission tables for qualifying rounds and paired rounds.
- Round management and event stages (submission, judging, winner selection, evaluation criteria, setting limitations, themes and assignments, configuring judge composition, etc.).
- Timer that stops submission and judging.
- Time savings when receiving submissions. Participants submit their work directly to the event website through a form without your involvement.
- Time savings when setting scores. Judges set scores and comments directly on the website without your involvement.
- Participant notifications. Event news is broadcast to participants and viewers who have subscribed to your event, directly to the news feed in their personal profile.
- Advertising. We have a large community. We will inform them about your event.
- Other features. Discussion section, event news, media player and many other technical features.
How much does it cost?
Vanguard Network offers three tariffs: from a free sandbox for beginners to a full-featured white-label solution with a dedicated team and branding. We help both local enthusiasts and brands launch quality online events.
You can get the service absolutely FREE. We don't charge money from organizers who host events for non-commercial purposes.
However, to avoid polluting the site with low-quality events, we carefully choose to whom we provide the platform.
To get the right to host full-fledged events on Vanguard Network, you must meet one of these requirements:
- Novice organizers must complete one micro-event for beginners on the Vanguard Network website.
- Experienced organizers must provide evidence of successful completion of your events outside of Vanguard Network.
For events that are conducted for commercial purposes, terms are negotiated separately.
White Label is suitable for agencies, labels, brands and producers who care about everything: from custom domain and design to technical support and maintenance.
How to create an event?
After filling out the form, a website will be automatically created. On the main page of your website, there will be instructions for filling out the site. Follow them and then contact the site administration (contact will be indicated in the form with instructions on your website).
