Vanguard pioneered the idea of a battle rating system.
While the concept of ranking is as old as competition itself, we made it real and measurable for online music battles.
- For every battle round victory or duel win, participants (solo or teams) earn rating points.
- Ratings provide a clear way to measure both skill and success over time.
- The more you compete and win, the higher you climb.
Top performers are showcased in the Hall of Fame, which features two leaderboards:
- Monthly Top — leaders of the current month
- All-Time Top — the legends of the platform
The Hall of Fame is not only a recognition of your skills — it’s also an unique way to promote your music and name within the community.
All battles on the platform are classified into two levels:
- Professional Battles — higher quality, more serious competitions with significantly greater rating rewards
- Beginner Battles — entry-level competitions with smaller rating gains

Important: The tariff plan (free or paid) does not define the battle level. Quality and seriousness do.
- If you use a paid plan, your event is initially assumed to be “Professional”. Moderators may downgrade it if quality standards are not met.
- If you use a free plan, your event is initially assumed to be “Beginner”. Moderators may upgrade it to “Professional” if quality is high.
