How to Pay for Services

On Vanguard, you can use Vanguard Credits (VC) — prepaid credits that let you pay for platform services.

What you can pay for

• Event/battle fees and upgrades
• Page branding and featured placements
• Track promotion during events and across the platform
• Featured news, banners, and announcements
• Other promotional tools offered by Vanguard

Add Credits

1. Open your profile and go to Billing / Credits.
2. Click Add Credits.
3. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount.
4. Complete checkout via an available payment provider.
   We plan to support major cards and digital wallets. Additional providers will be added over time.

After a successful payment, your VC balance will update, and you can immediately use credits to pay for services.

Use Credits

• Select a service (e.g., track promotion) and click Pay with Credits.
• The fee is deducted from your current balance.
• Receipts will be available in Billing / History.

Important Notes

• Vanguard Credits are not money, not a token, and have no cash value. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable (except where required by law).
• Credits do not expire and can be used for Vanguard services at any time.
• Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories) is purchased directly from partner stores at checkout — credits are not used for those orders.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; Vanguard does not store your full payment card details.
